- NO fixed schedule on the part time bit (flexible to adapt to consultant's requirements in liaison with customer.
- Alignment
- Cloud solution for business applicants (eg email applications for 3000-700 users etc)
- IT Management will be the relevant stakeholders for the Account Manager
- Service performance, service reviews will be done interfacing with the delivery teams, solution architects, enterprise architects
- Consequently it will be needful to have the service design, an escalation process, run service review meetings
- Goal is to have a tailored solution in place for the client & making use of the synergies from past experience in the Vodafone Office IT Environment
- The Account Manager identifies the scope to be taken by the project manager
- Helps shaping the requirements (the capabilities)
- The mindset of the candidate is important, the flexibility required in helping & finally coming up with a solution together with the client.
