Account Manager/Telesales - Contract - Manchester

My Client Brother is a world wide electronics and manufacturing Company, with Sales in over 100 countries.

Due to exceptional sales performance Brother UK are URGENTLY expanding their Telesales Team - On their behalf we are actively recruiting for an experienced Telesales Operative to be based in Audenshaw, Manchester. A Fantastic opportunity not to be missed - working for a Marketing Leading Company within a lively team environment.

These are 3 month rolling and contracts will continue to be extended based on individual performance.

The successful Telesales/Account Manager will ideally have a knowledge or understanding of Web Conferencing Software and must be used to:

Achieving Targets - Conversion Rates - New Prospects Identification

Responsibilities will include:

Convert existing users from trial period to full licence purchase
Identifying new sales opportunities into B2B/Corporate End Users
Work with Marketing to create campaigns that will resonate with existing and new customers
Work with External Business Development Manager to optimise Brother Engagement within accounts new & existing
Collect and measure end user feedback on usability

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5pm and Friday 8.45am to 4.20pm
