Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our Global IT client to recruit an Account Manager Support position. This a contract role running until 30th June 2014 based in central London.

Role Overview

Reporting to a Group Account Manager, the Account Manager Support partners with the Account Manager to support the Sales Team to manage key agency and client accounts currently advertising across the company's Advertising properties.
The Account Manager undertakes the day-to-day management of accounts and is responsible for execution of the customer's order and ensuring that campaigns are fulfilled in line with the customer's requirements and expectations. The AM and Account Executive (AE) work with their Account Team to develop sales within the account and to identify new business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

Customer Management
* Manage the day-to-day running of the campaign reports, communicating regularly to AMs, Sales and clients where appropriate with up-to-date campaign information
* Proactively monitor contract delivery and report progress against client goals keeping the customer and AE and Account Team informed of the status
* Work with AMs to ensure advertisers are happy with the service, reporting and insights they receive from the network business
* Proactively optimise campaigns where appropriate
* Conduct mid and end of campaign analysis, making recommendations
* Perform monthly billing process
* Work with AMs to develop knowledge, expertise and insights into the customers' businesses and key industries
* Collaborate with Account Executive(s) on proposals, packages, including preparation for client/agency meetings and participation where appropriate, for assigned account(s)
* Contribute to generating additional advertising solutions on Microsoft Advertising properties

* Develop excellent customer/partner satisfaction whilst maximising Microsoft Advertising yield
* Deliver all reporting and on-going measurement requirements on time

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1) Essential Experience
* Strong proven Account Management/Client Services experience with some element of online experience.
* Agency/network experience is desirable.

2) Technical/Functional Skills
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
* In depth knowledge of the online advertising industry
* Specialised industry, customer and campaign knowledge
* Campaign analysis

3) Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills

4) Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant. In addition, subject to qualification criteria, you will have the potential opportunity to earn bonus.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
