Account Manager - London & South East

Alere Toxicology is the UK's leading provider of drug and alcohol testing products and laboratory services working closely with the NHS, NOMS provision and independent drug treatment organisations. Alere is recruiting an Account Manager to work with customers in London & the South East.

This new role will be primarily customer facing - implementing new customer contracts, training in the use of Alere products and working to ensure Alere programmes are delivering 100% customer satisfaction

Key attributes:

- experience of working in drug treatment
- knowledge of drug treatment organisations, structure and funding
- good ability to form and develop strong working relationships
- discipline to manage time effectively and follow through on commitments
- ability to liaise Alere internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery
- ability to work remotely - motivation, resilience, self-confidence
- able to create a home office

The role provides a company car, phone and laptop. Full training will be provided at Aleres Abingdon, Canary Wharf and Chesham sites
