Account Manager - Digital/Music/Broadcasting

A leading name within the Music Industry has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to perform a customer service role assisting Digital Service Provider (DSP) partners in migrating to new Digital Supply Chain (DSC)

Duties on Job Details:

- Collect internal DSP data, verifies this with the DSP and work with DSP to define the information required for the technical migration
- Manage all DSP information and track status of migration steps for assigned DSPs in onboarding tool
- Conduct tier 1 issue resolution and perform tier 2 issue escalation
- Maintain documented records of all DSP contacts using a centralized, online onboarding tool
- Ensure correctness of DSP information and releases this information for additional usage
- Responsible for management and oversight of entire migration effort for a group of assigned partner accounts, working directly with (shadowing) an assigned account manager (AM)
- Inform and support Project Manager on status of assigned group of partners. Escalate process and program related issues to Program Manager

Ideal Candidate will have:

- 1 - 3 years direct customer service and customer management experience
- Project management experience coordinating short term tasks
- High interest in new technology, possesses experience of XML and FTP or webservices data exchange processes and audio industry standards including encoding and compression. Know your MP3 from FLAC!
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment with business and technical resources
- Positive attitude
- Proficient with MS Office tools including Word, Excel and Project
- Can deal with people at all levels from SVP of Sales to Operations coordinators
- Understands political nuances
