CONSOL PARTNERS are looking for a Digital Account Manager to work with our client, a global digital marketing and advertising agency based in Farringdon, Central London


- Attend all internal meetings as the project progresses, providing a contribution regarding the framework of JDX
- Attend all client-facing meetings, presenting or providing a supporting role to the Senior Account/Business Director when they are presenting to the client
- Be responsible for creating the client-facing Contact Reports from ALL client meetings. (The Project Manager will also be responsible for writing their own internal Contact Report - that will cover the more technical/authoring aspects required to move the project forward).
- Be responsible for writing all necessary Creative Development briefs AFTER the client meetings - using the Contact Report as a basis
- Briefing the Creative Development in meetings organised by the Project Manager
- Be responsible for ensuring that everything has been actioned from the brief BEFORE presentation to the client
- Provide confirmation (or otherwise) to the Project Manager that all amends/requirements have been actioned BEFORE presentation to the client
- Be responsible for updating the necessary Asset and Copy matrices for ALL nameplates (cars) - ensuring that Version Control is maintained at all times
- Work closely with the Project Manager and ensure that they understand the necessary internal resource required to move the project forward (you are NOT required to secure the internal resource required to move the project forward - that is the responsibility of the PM).
- Work with the Project Manager in the Handover/Delivery Briefing meetings - ie when JDX International site has been approved as the MASTER' to enable the creation of MARKET VERSION sites
- Provide guidance and support to the Market team if any markets query the content/delivery of content, by understanding the original rationale for the MASTER International site
- Be knowledgeable of JDX as an important Inform channel, and sharing important UX rules at a very high level - ie digital is digested in a completely different way to brochures - snackable content, above the fold rules, etc
- Deliver work to an exceptional standard, ensuring that everything that has been briefed has been actioned, BEFORE client presentation. (This is NOT the same as Digital QA)
- Be enthusiastic in sharing good digital examples with the rest of the Account team
- Act as a Brand Guardian, immersing yourself in all product developments and be able to advise on industry and technology trends and developments.


- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4+ years working in agency digital account management role
- Experience working with international client relationships, in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders
- Experience of premium brands, automotive (preferred)
- Experience working with a configurator tool (preferred)
- Experience of a SEO system


- Able to articulate and present ideas with conviction
- Able to make decisions and solve problems based on sound technical knowledge
- A clear communicator, in person and writing - with fluent oral and written Business English
- Excellent time management/prioritisation and project management skills
- Commercially aware
- Good numerical/financial understanding
- IT literate with good MS excel and Powerpoint
- Approachable, outgoing and diplomatic - must have excellent emotional intelligence
- Comfortable building strong connections with the wider Account Management function globally]
