* Pricing other maintenance services provided by Cisco e.g. SMARTnet
* Production of proposals, for maintenance services
* Pricing & summary schedules for maintenance contract renewal
* Response to tenders & pricing of services within tender
* Production of Service Levels for customer contracts
* Pricing and proposals for monitoring & managed services
