Account Manager/Business Management Support with Excel skills.
We are looking for an experienced person in a project within an international bank in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Analyzing, evaluating and consolidating various data inputs to consolidated and homogeneous formats
- Internal Stakeholder management
- Tracking of processed requests along the predefined processes in systems and tools supporting the business management processes
- Documenting as is processes and providing guidance or training
- Supporting IT streams in following the predefined processes and procedures as well as providing feedback on status of processed data
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- High quality deliverables such as creation of recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans as well as creation of process documentation and training materials
- min. 4 years experience in banking/finance
- Excellent Excel skills and good PowerPoint skills
- Good IT skills
- Stakeholder management experience, good communication skills
- Experience in change management and forecasting
- Able to gather the big picture, quick learning ability, process management, process design, efficiency Management
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
