Account Manager - B2B - Mobile Telecoms

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager/Sales Executive looking for an exciting new challenge?

hyphen Recruitment, on behalf of a high profile mobile telecoms company listed in the Times top 100 companies to work for, are currently seeking a sales focussed Account Manager with excellent service skills to manage a number of business customer accounts with the intention of growing revenue from your client base.

Account Manager - Key responsibilities:
- Develop excellent relationships with your client base
- Achieve/exceed business targets, expressed in terms of revenue, profit, volume, churn and customer satisfaction
- Retention of customer base against aggressive market competition

This role would suit someone with sales or account management experience, in a call centre or field environment. You will have a very commercially astute approach to managing your client base, and always look for innovative ways to retain and grow your client value.

You must be an articulate and target driven individual with a passion for quality service, and sales account development. The role is initially temporary but with a chance of becoming permanent. This role offers excellent opportunity for progression into a strong sales or account management career with excellent earnings potential.
