SEC Recruitment is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join an innovative pharmaceutical organisation.

The Account Manager will provide support to client through a strong, scalable, and agile digital factory to meet all their creative and digital production needs. Partnering with clients across the entire gamut of print and digital assets, including localization, multilingual support, and content transformation for digital devices, iPADs and mobile phones.

This is an exciting multifaceted role:

You will be responsible for:

*Being the key point of contact for Brand Teams and Creative Agencies at the client site to manage all digital activities
*Leading the weekly status calls and distributes status reports for each active engagement
*Growing and strategizing for assigned brands - including new offering
*Managing the top line through presales and working closely with the sales team, on assigned accounts
*Preparing and communicating timelines for various projects
*Building capabilities and processes, and develop people to execute on the short-term and long-term plans by conducting onsite Creative Agency and Marketing Training Sessions
*Online routing/approval system
*Coordinating in-process content reviews with Agencies, Marketing, Proofreading, and Review Committee (Legal/Medical/Regulatory)
*Building short term operational plans and long term strategic plans for the assigned accounts
*Sharing Marketing View Reports for review and approval
*Co-ordinating with the off-shore team for deployment and delivery of projects.

The successful Account Manager will have the following key skills and experience:

*Experience in digital project management or allied field for 5 to 12 years
*Proficiency in Project Management, Digital Marketing
*Knowledge of Pharma Marketing, Regulatory Compliance would be added advantage
*The ability to deal with multiple stake holders and manage expectations
*Excellent communication skills to deal with different stakeholders
*Good negotiation skills
*Should be proficient in Spanish and English (oral and written)
*Working in global environment with multiple stakeholders in different time zones
