Randstad Digital has a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to work with a World leading Search Engine Provider. They are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to work with professional leagues and other sports partners to build live, VOD and clip video channels in connection with a rollout of sports on YouTube. The right candidate has a deep understanding of technology and social media, thrives in fast paced environments, and can manage diplomatically both internal and external stakeholders.

Description:

Strategic Partner Managers have the unique opportunity to create a long-lasting relationship with our top partners. You renew existing partnerships, optimize deals and upscale potential opportunities. You cultivate these existing partnerships to make sure they can take full advantage of our clients ever-growing suite of offerings. You possess strong relationship-building skills and are apt to resolve contractual, technical and financial issues with partners in order to best represent our users, products and programs.

Responsibilities:

Work cross functionally with product development, engineering, marketing, and legal.

Develop and maintain strong direct relationships with key partners; manage day to day partnership activities with a focus on new territory launches, existing performance growth and advocate internally on behalf of your partners.

Define, model, execute against, and analyze key distribution performance metrics and recommend channel improvements to partners.

Assist with the development of strategy and advice on platform or UI improvements specific to sports partners.

Minimum requirements:

BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).

Experience in Account/Partnership management or business development in an online company.

Preferred requirements:

Creative problem solver with a team player mentality.

Previous industry experience working directly with the sports industry, negotiating and renewing contracts.

Strong analysis, excellent partner communication skills and presentation skills and presentation abilities. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical and financial issues with partners.
