Account Manager

Account Manager needed urgently for global investment holding company!

To provide excellent account management:
* Ensure that projects are managed to the highest quality - on time, to budget - with a view to developing client relationships
* Play an active role in new business efforts, and help to generate revenue streams from existing clients.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Client Director, provide support with all relevant administration of running of the project to ensure processes are adhered to and to ensure smooth running of the project from start to finish.
* Be responsible for finance within projects such as budget control, tracking and spend at all stages, as well as day to day financial management such as raising POs and invoicing
* Ensure dialogue with production, design, account management, strategy, management team, external partners (when required) and promote good cross-team communication
* Be client-facing where required and demonstrate appropriate tone of voice with client to achieve the best project and relationship outcome
* Manage a wide variety of branding, design and communications projects
* Build strong working relationship with Client Directors and Head of Account Management to ensure a continuous learning curve
* Write Briefs and Project Proposals and support the Client Director in this process.
* Play a role in the scoping process to ensure that solutions are realistic and appropriate to the brief and requirements
* Strive to understand and learn the bigger picture on a project to ensure the best tailored solution
* Plan the project to cover resources and requirements
* Work across different media from print through to digital.
* Strive to ensure team efficiency and deliver profitable projects
* Identify and implement improvements to processes on an ongoing basis
