Projektbeschreibung

* Be the responsible focal point for all issues related to the execution of the Contract or frame agreement * Have overall management of the Clients account and ensure that the company provides all of the services and support as defined by the contract. * Identify and develop prospects that may arise and provide opportunities to increase business with the client * Act as the Clients key management focal point for all capabilities, subsea systems, goods, technologies and services worldwide * Manage the progress of projects and services with respect to commercial, technical, quality and safety issues. * Ensure that the execution of the work scope meets the business and commercial objectives of the company and provide management reports and analysis related to budget, cost and revenue generation. * Co-ordinate all activities and define priorities required to execute the contract, including the provision of service support, equipment etc. and ensure that effective change management processes are implemented. * Prepare regular reports in accordance with the contractual obligations * Prepare Client and company integrated work plan documents detailing project execution and delivery, resource planning, service provision and studies. * Co ordinate the preparation of cost and schedule estimates required by Client. * Communicate any issues regarding work scopes and performance to the Client and use the Customer Feedback process to capture, resolve and implement any required corrective actions and positive observations. * Develop and maintain accurate Project plans, promptly communicate to the Client and identify critical areas that could affect delivery dates and schedules. * Ensure continuity of competent personnel to carry out the work under the contract through effective resource management. * Regularly monitoring and reviewing performance of staff working under the contract, ensuring required competence and performance is maintained and enhanced. * Organise and participate in regular, planned meetings within the Client to discuss details of progress on all current projects and any anticipated developments. * Co-ordinate all third party suppliers to ensure all equipment and services are available when required * At all times ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with the Contract, using audits and reviews as necessary, and are in accordance with company procedures and processes
