Account Manager

Oil & Gas - Process Equipment - Key Account Management

Location: Nigeria (Expatriate package)

Salary: Dependent upon experience (would include full relocation package, on-going accommodation, flights, personal driver)

As an integral member of the project and account management structure you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance to 2 key clients. You will be the primary point of contact through the sales and aftermarket cycles supporting all technical requirements for the clients. This will include developing strategic sales plans and driving increased profit, whilst working to deliver the customers' requirements, and providing problem resolution throughout the process.

The clients depend heavily on the technical points of contact for all requirements and you will have overall responsibility for the account, developing strong alliances and a trusted customer-supplier relationship. They require extensive service and spend on the accounts can be up to £10m per year, establishing the buying cycles and client needs is essential. On the account where activity is reduced you will be tasked with breaking new ground and developing the relationship to drive revenue.

Candidate
You will be educated in an engineering capacity with significant experience in account management or sales within the oil & gas or process industries. You will have a client-centric flexible attitude work based around the customers' needs and ability to deliver and drive increased revenue.

You will combine technical competence with a robust organised working structure, having responsibility for all technical documentation, correspondence and reporting.

You will have a solid knowledge of technologies, systems and equipment within the oil & gas or process industries and operate with a high professional ism and integrity.
