AMU SUPPORT MANAGER - BANKING - UP TO £459/DAY - LONDON

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking an Account Management Unit (AMU) Support Manager to coordinate all account level reporting and planning, communicating status updates and acting as a secretariat for internal and external Governance. They will also be responsible for providing Ad-Hoc support to the Account Management Lead.

The AMU Support Manager will need to:

- Provide oversight, administrative and support activities for the Account Management Unit through liaison with relevant stakeholders with the AMU
- Work closely with TSA leads and AMU TSA Relationship Managers to resolve escalated issues through the appropriate governance forums where required
- Liaise with other functions for the purposes of creating aggregated reporting to be presented at the relevant governance forums
- Monitor and Review business unit level risks and issues for the AMU
- Creation circulation & validation of meeting packs for AMU Governance Forums.                                                                                                                             

Necessary skills and experience should involve:

- Strong analytical, presentation, verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to provide clear, insightful MI and commentary.
- Experience in Planning, Reporting, RAID Management
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including effective relationship management
- Strong results delivery, including the proven ability to judge multiple projects/workstreams
- Analytical mind and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders
- Change Management experience
- Ability to work in a varied, flexible and demanding environment

As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
