Account Director

PMO/Account Director:

A highly established bank is seeking an experienced Account Director to work to be responsible for a variety of internal and external customer service expectations.

Key Competencies:
* Providing excellent customer service: Exceeding the expectations of internal and external customer through the quality of customer service, meeting their needs and demonstrating the added value of the service provided.
* Stakeholder relationship management
* Able to monitor performance againstSLAand provide early warning to customer of services failures.
* Influencing: Experience building commitment to a recommendation by understanding the position of others - able to formulate facts and figures in a way that they will find most persuasive.
* Planning and Control: Strong ability to achieve goals by establishing priorities and actions - Delivery of small projects
* Able to use information effectively: Effective use of collecting and collating necessary facts and figures and opinions - using range of sources and able to add value by identifying patterns.
* Making good decisions: Be able to demonstrate the ability to select best course of action on the available information.
* The ability to adapt to change.

Desirable:

Ability to help others learn - share knowledge to ensure the business is not at risk.
