6 Month Assignment/French/German/English

Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with academic and/or work experience in online/digital marketing/advertising/gaming/junior technical support/CM. Prior experience with supporting online services is highly preferred.
You will be joining one of our top clients for the duration of 6 months. The company is a leading global provider of search & advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).
As part of the role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of their global operations (product group) by evaluating merchants for acceptance to the program, assisting partners with integrating features of the product, and supporting customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with merchants' customer service teams to resolve user's issues.
Provide direct email support to customers
Manage merchants' technical implementation of a product group, including answering direct questions from merchants, as well as organizing and tracking merchant's progress.
Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests.
Communicate effectively with customers and merchants.
Ensure prompt resolution of technical challenges.
Evaluate new partners for acceptance to the program.
Contribute to the evaluation of existing processes and assist testing of new procedures.
Preferred competencies:
E-commerce background.
Experience in technical support. (No technical degree required)
Experience working with external customers and merchant partners.
Familiarity with general web technologies and proficiency in the use of office software including, Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
Project or website work experience.
