Have you got strong knowledge of web technologies?
Are you interested in online advertising?
Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who have 2-4 years' experience working within the following types of environments:
"Social Media
"Online Business
"Customer Support (within a Multinational)
"Junior level technical support
"Digital Marketing
"Online Media
Knowledge of general web technologies is required.
You will be joining one of our top clients for the duration of 6 months. The company is a leading global provider of search & advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products. State of the art facilities and awesome culture (far from general corporate office environment).
The role will involve
"Resolving user issues
"Providing direct email, live chat and/or phone support to customers
"Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product requests
"Communicating with publishers and internal support teams
"Contributing to the evaluation of existing processes and assist testing of new procedures
