Projektbeschreibung

Assists Account Executives and/ or Hybrid Account Executive/Brokers on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients and undertaking the client-facing and internal activities related to these processes. Account Specialists will also assist Brokers as necessary particularly on Commercial Risk business.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintains effective and productive relationships with clients.
- Performs account servicing functions including miscellaneous office duties in support of account servicing.
- When not performed within a broking unit, gathers and analyzes data on exposures, loss history and standard and unique coverage needs for submissions with the Brokerage Unit.
- Manages client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc requests.

Gathers and analyzes data and drafts assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other convincing presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation.
- Actively supports and monitors the renewal process. At the direction of the Broker, drafts quote comparisons and follows up for binders, policies and endorsements.
- Where applicable, serves as the primary interface with Client Services, coordinating activities of the client service team to ensure that key processes assigned are performed effectively.
- Receives and manages routine and complex coverage inquiries and endorsement requests. Serves as key client liaison for items

such as certificates, auto IDs, location additions, invoices, WC posting notices, allocations, premium finance agreements, summaries of insurance, and policy transmittals.
- Develops and maintains an extensive understanding of client needs and expectations. Prepares initial draft of the Client Promise Plan.

Sequences work to achieve timely completion of the most critical and sensitive activities. - Responds quickly to client requests and works to provide appropriate information. Seeks opportunities to marshal an array of resources to better serve the client or to increase revenue.
- Builds and maintains relationships across geographic (including international), functional and business unit boundaries.
- Prepares client documentation with clarity and brevity.
- Establishes working relationships with industry professionals as well as team members and experts throughout the company.
- Works collegially as a supportive member of a team for the benefit of the client and the company.
- Uses a systematic approach to maintain regular contact with clients. Maintains rapport and open, effective communication.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and project management skills.
- Applies a working knowledge of major insurance coverages, (including general/product liability, commercial automobile, workers' compensation, property, time element, umbrella, financial coverages, etc.), client-specific coverages and premium rating methods and audits.
- Understands the structure and content of insurance contracts, and is aware of most commercial insurance coverages.

SKILLS:

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent with Risk Management/Business related curriculum preferred
- Brokers license
- CIC, CPCU, or ARM preferred

EXPERIENCE

- While no prior experience is required, typically at least 1 year of successful business experience, preferably with corporate accounts/customers.
- Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.
