Account Administrator

Our client a leading insurance company require a skilled Account Administrator to provide excellent administration support to the companies, New starters, leavers, transfers and general account administration functions.

Essential skills required:

-Overall management of user account provisioning and de-provisioning using SSYST call logging system.
-Administration of user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, Mitel and Assyst.
-Strong Administration of public folder, shared mailboxes and email distributions lists.
-You will have proven examples of actioning all requests in a timely fashion, identifying and escalating to senior team members.

Essential technical skills:

-Active Directory 2003.
-Exchange 2003.
-Exposure to Mitel 3300 would be ideal.
-Strong Excel.
-Be process driven.
-A strong attention to detail is required.
