Access Point Support Representative Job

ACCESS POINT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT TIME opportunity with Yoh's client located in DUPAGE, IL.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving and decision making skills
- Must have their own transportation and must be able to meet customers at their place of business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Interfaces directly with the customer to identify business needs and position the company's products and services to meet those needs.
- Prioritize customer opportunities and implement account strategies
- This position meets customers face-to-face to identify their business needs, leverage the company's products and services and retain current business.
- Responds to customer questions, complaints and inquiries to meet customer needs

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING INTO THE TABLE:

- Willingness to travel

- Experience demonstrating an understanding of company products, services and customer facing technology solutions
- Assignment could also be good for a recent college graduate wanting to gain sales experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
