Access Planner

Working as a member of the EMEA Access Management team, the Planner will be responsible for the selection and pricing of local access tail circuits across the EMEA region.

- Ensuring adherence departmental process, procurement guidelines and business SLAs for timely delivery of Access Quotes in support of Sales activities.
- Must be able to work within a tight team under considerable pressure both from the business and external parties Key Tasks Provide timely and accurate responses to internal Service Inquiries that are both cost effective for the customer and optimal for the business.
- Responsible for the provision of in country, specific advice.
- Act as subject matter expert for general internal sales and business enquiries.
- Responsible for the maintenance of price cubes and pricing table for assigned countries and the regular maintenance and reporting of performance statistics.
- Ensure compliance to local Health & Safety legislation.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience of telecommunications, networking, technology management or data centre connectivity and solutions.
- Team player able to work on own with little external drivers or motivation, must be a self-starter.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to effectively lead a diverse, multifunctional department.
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to successfully interact with and as a member of the EMEA COG team,Customers and vendors.
- Exhibit a relentless drive to supply telecommunications quotes at optimal price and optimum location for the business.
- Confident and mature individual with a high degree of energy, enthusiasm and a "can do attitude."
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendors expectations in the best interests of the Company.
- Financial- budget forecasting and management. Microsoft Access and Excel skills required.
