Our High Profile banking Client is looking for an On-boarding Manager/User Access Manager (Oracle Identity Analytics) to develop and run a new role based access management service within the access and identity management are of IT Security. The On-boarding Manager/User Access Manager (Oracle Identity Analytics) will manage the on-boarding of business areas into the new process for granting Access via Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA). Focus for this role is on role management of candidate access levels and security level granted to the different groups/platforms/systems, will also need strong Stakeholder Management skills.
Essential skills:
*Oracle Identity Management Suite (OIA, OAM, OIM)
*Experience of managing large scale user access requirements project including defining user groups across the business, Security and access levels for role groups.
*Strong experience of Access provisions and recertification of users.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills.
*Extensive User access Control experience.
*Experience of on-boarding different business areas into new process for granting access using Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA).
*Extensive experience and ability to manage candidate access levels and security level granted to the different groups/platforms/systems
Desirable Experience:
*Experience of operating within a Banking environment.
*Project management experience with the ability to use a formal methodology ( Prince, PMP, APM)
*Service Management knowledge, ideally ITIL.
*SOX
