ACCESS MANAGEMENT PROJECT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

Top Skills You Should Possess:

- Five (5) plus years IT Applications PM experience
- Experience with security software
- Identity Access Management

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- IT Project Manager for an identity access management project.
- Execution of PM processes and deliverables
- Bi-Weekly status reporting to the IT PMO
- Manage sponsor expectations
- Ensure that project requirements are documented and achieved
- Maintain regular status updates to project sponsors
- Manage a team of matrixed resources across IT and business support groups

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five (5) years of IT PM experience - process design and implementation experience -
- Demonstrated effective project management skills, especially planning and directing work efforts, and motivating teammates.
- Demonstrated success translating objectives into project plans.
- Demonstrated success with scheduling and financial management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, sometimes unrelated efforts simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively apply established project standards and change management processes
- MUST BE AN IT PROJECT MANAGER WITH HANDS ON EXPERIENCE ON THE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT SIDE AS THERE IS A BUSINESS PM ALREADY ON THIS.
- MUST HAVE IT APPLICATION EXPERIENCE
- MUST HAVE SECURITY SOFTWARE PROJECT EXPERIENCE
- Must have stability on resume
- Must have excellent, clear communication.
- Must have formal project methodology experience.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Manager is looking for NERC/CIP and Identity Access Management, Security, or Active Directory experience if possible.
- Utility Experience (highly desired)
- MS Project 2010 Proficiency
- Ability to effectively apply structured project management methodologies.
- Experience working with various customer facing applications, complex interfaces
- Strong technical background with ability to effectively communicate between business and IT experts.
- Experience working with applications highly driven by changing regulatory environment.
