Access Developer/Business Analyst

On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for ACCESS DEVELOPER/BUSINESS ANALYST with an extensive knowledge of MS ACCESS. Do you have strong business analysis and software development skills? Are you a passionate Access Developer/Business Analyst who is looking for a new and exciting challenge?

Main responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Business users and/or key business stakeholders to assess the current database model and application to identify areas for improvement
- Elicit business requirement for enhancements, produce detailed requirement specifications including acceptance criteria
- Design, code/build and the respective improvements and enhancements
- Test respective software and data model changes and work with business users for testing acceptance and signoff

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience as an IT business/technical analyst in a global environment combined with development skills and experience (MS Access, MS Excel, Visual Basic Scripting, SQL)
- 5+ years of experience in Database Design
- Good working knowledge of Tableau would be a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business analysis methodology & experience
- Proactive and independent work style, excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High levels of drive and commitment to high quality on-time delivery
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
