Access Control Implementation Advisor x 2 Role 1 will be 3 days per week Role 2 will be 4 days per week Based in Leeds or London, national travel will be required (expenses will be paid) 6 to 7 month contract role A key role role working for a Central Government Client to provide organisational and process design, technical support and governance advice to support the implementation of both User Identity Management (UIM) and the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) Interface as the method of managing the registration and access of staff who require access to systems. Main Duties/ Responsibilities * To work with health sector organisations to consider the role, structure and process redesign work that is necessary to exploit the productivity and governance benefits of the technology such as: * Integration of business processes * Change of roles in separate functions to support redesign and improvement work * Changes to organisational structures Core Competencies * Business Analysis * Influencing and persuasion * Negotiation Process * Improvement StakeholderManagement * Project Management * Analytical Thinking * Communication * Organisational Awareness * Providing Direction * Quality Management Skills/ Experience Required * Extensive experience and understanding of health sector structures, current developments and the culture of the health sector * Experience and good technical understanding of the workings of UIM systems and how the technology can produce productivity and governance benefits for organisations * Experience in organisational development with proven ability to read situations, persuade people and develop innovative solutions to support different local circumstances * Experience in pulling together disparate groups from different functional disciplines and enabling them to work collectively to implement revised processes * Experience of working with senior audiences, preferably within the NHS Formal Qualifications Required * Educated to Masters level (or equivalent qualification/experience) * Recognised Project Management qualification (or significant relevant experience) Capita Resourcing welcome applications from all suitably qualified people regardless of gender, race, disability, age or sexual orientation.
