DELIVERABLE

INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ACCESS CONTROL

The role will assist the current function in providing a role based, access control service to our London based Investment Management (IM) team.  

Specifically the role will provide the following key services:

- Perform all new starter, leaver, and internal transfer network and Microsoft Exchange account requirements.
- Manage role based access requirements, exception access, ticket based access requirements for IM staff.
- Manage approval and access creation for bespoke applications
- Assist with access requirements for (but not travel to) our offices in Bermuda, Germany, France, ASIA etc.
- Provide information/reporting on any aspect of provisioned access on an ad-hoc basis for project teams, developers etc.
- Liaise closely with business on changes in working practise and manage future expectations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Network Access: Defining of account requirements, shares, application access, domain resources, monitor and manage network storage
- Exchange Email: Creating new Exchange email accounts, domain permissions, shared mailboxes with owner/user segregation, managing distribution list membership.
- Role based access: Conduct annual role reviews, manage role content, maintain role documents, manage ticket based requests
-  Audit Requirements: Work with Audit regularly to review access in line with regulatory requirements, and implement any new changes
- Central Mailbox Management: Manage the team central mailbox & respond to emailed requests and queries
- Monitoring & reporting: Provide reports and statistics as required to oversight teams.
- Provide AOB support for any IM enquiries

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in an IT and Investment Management environment required to support the business        
- Good knowledge of Service Management  framework - ITIL      
- Good knowledge of Incident/problem/change/release management
- Strong Customer/Client focus           
- Good business relationship management building skills           
- Some  understanding of Investment management infrastructure (HW and SW)   
- Good Industry standard technical knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and group policy    
- Project management - Can manage small projects to completion          
- Ability to interpret technical information in order to provide clear and concise communication to the business        
- Good problem solving and analytical thinking to make appropriate recommendations   
- Maintains appropriate documentation  
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with personnel both within and outside the company and at all levels  
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills         
- Self motivated and able to prioritize tasks independently in fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms to business people        
- Awareness of the impact of change to the business environment, and to support teams           
- Ability to re-prioritise and organise rapidly to respond to changing business requirements         
- Good experience of call logging systems
- Excellent understanding IT security policies and governance
