Access Administrator in Accounts (MUST Speak English & German)

Coba IT are once again working in partnership with our Zurich based client, one of the world's leading Banking and Investment institutions. We are looking to recruit a Access Administrator, with accounting experience or knowledge. The successful Access Administrator will join a financial and management accounting function, that supports a wide variety of business areas in the organisation. Our client is only looking for candidates with fluent English and German speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the complete, accurate and auditable accounting and closing
* Month-end close analytical review and balance sheet substantiation
* Collaboration and support for closing and daily business
* Plausibility checks, daily and monthly analysis and reconciliations, reviews and detailed variance analysis and commentary
* Creating of business specifications for the implementation of new requirements (regulatory requirements or new products)
Key Requirements
* Experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally in a bank or financial institution
* Excellent MS Excel and MS Access DB skills, SQL knowledge is an advantage
* Team player, communication skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
* Ability to work independently
