Acceptance Programme Manager

One of our clients, an international company in the payment industry currently requires an Acceptance Programme Manager
Start: ASAP
Length: min until the end of the year
Location: South of Brussels
Major Accountabilities:
Candidate will be responsible for:
1. Creating and managing all the necessary procedures and work environment in order to embrace in a single program management structure all activities related with Acceptance Quality in Europe. Acting as a Program manager, leading, supporting and acting to set priorities, ensure deliverables are due on time and respecting objectives, communicating to the management and ensuring escalation on due time.
2. Candidate will create and publish all necessary internal and external documentation needed to support our acceptance criteria's (implementation excellence packages).
Candidate will also be responsible to create training package and provide training to internal sales people managers.
Within the position market knowledge, product functions and competition behaviors are key.
Work closely with respective departments in the Headquarter(s) to constantly improve and enlarge knowledge base information.
Effectively deliver with regard to time, cost and quality standards and be responsible for ensuring project goals are met
Prepare presentation materials and reports/reviews, as required
Additional Accountabilities:
Provide input/recommendations for continuously improvement of the Acceptance Quality program.
Work cross-functionally to capture all acceptance quality challenges and transform into opportunities
Experience Required:
. must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
. Program Management skills (Prince 2 or alike)
. Strong knowledge of electronic payment industry, trends, acceptance landscape with Merchant and Acquirer economic and value chain.
. Highly analytical with ability to manage various tasks simultaneously and effectively
. Strong process management and follow-up skills, ability to work in cross functional teams.
. Strong team player, ability to collaborate with peers and proven ability to work in a Matrix organization
. Demonstrates strong self-awareness, open to different approaches and ideas and open to challenging status quo to drive new business initiatives
. Strong verbal and written communications skills: ability to communicate findings in a compelling manner
. This role may require business related travel to European divisions/markets.
