Abu Dhabi, UAE - HR Management Consulting Role - 3 Month Contract

My client is a leading management consultancy that work across the Middle East and I am looking for is someone who has "hands on" experience with the following:

1. Creating or revamping salary structures and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.
2. Researching and analysing salary rates and benefits.
3. Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair
4. Advising on current or new benefit packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements (United Arab Emirates Law)
5. Corporate planning, organizational performance and risk management initiatives that will ensure the delivery of valued and quality services focused on enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. 6. Substantial skills in the application of organizational change, human resource management, employee relations, corporate planning, organizational performance and risk management services.
7. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present complex reports at a senior management level.
8. Strong negotiation and mediation skills.

We are working to extremely tight deadlines hence I need someone who is operationally sound in HR as my client has no time to train consultants. We need the person to start ASAP so a very short notice period is essential, as this is an urgent hire.
