Projektbeschreibung
MONTASH - 12 MONTHS - BRUSSELS - €650-€825 PER DAY
MONTASH HAVE RECENTLY BEEN ENGAGED BY A LEADING PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS TO SECURE AN A2R CONSULTANT.
PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Primary responsibility within his/her authority:
Manage the defined A2R end-to-end processes on a regional level: responsible for the consistency with the global core model and the detailed harmonization (mainly process levels 4 - 7) of processes across Europe (aligned with regional/local operational process requirements)
Support the Region Europe A2R Head in implementing standard processes defined
Manage and/or supports the management of assigned (complex) projects from design to delivery
* Develop full scale project plans including budget preparing for project approval
* Plan and schedule project timelines
* Track project deliverables using appropriate tools (project tool kit)
* Perform Risk management activities for assigned projects
* Monitor and effectively communicate project deliverables to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion to ensure understanding and buy-in
* Prepare presentations to Management and Steering Committee meetings
* Evaluate project milestones and assessments of results
Facilitate workshops to define gap analysis/continuous improvement/standardization and simplification of processes (Lean methodology)
Effectively communicate project deliverables to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion and ensure understanding and buy-in
TRANSFORMATION MANAGEMENT
As project manager manage regional and support managing global A2R transformation projects (incl. ITS implementations) & continuous improvement initiatives for Europe also applying Lean methodology
Support the identification, addressing and alignment of necessary innovations and transformation initiatives as part of the A2R End-to-End process (to shape global/regional roadmaps)
Support defining and implementing the A2R operating model
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
No direct reports
Within the projects manage internal & external project resources (incl. consultants)
EXPECTED SKILLS
Sound understanding of the Account-to-Report ( A2R) process
Very good project management skills (Ability to identify problems and define solutions incl. implementation plans in a structured manner)
Good understanding of common Information System (IS) solutions used within the business in the context of the end-to-end A2R process (eg SAP, Trintech Cadency, ...) is a plus
IT Literate (master skills MS Office Tools, Visio etc.)
Sound knowledge of Basic Lean principles is a major asset (L1 training)
Six Sigma Green belt certification is a plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
EXPECTED COMPETENCIES
Ability to identify problems and define solutions incl. implementation plans in a structured manner
Hands-on Personality with strong delivery skills and high levels of proactivity
Very good communicator with an ability to discuss at several levels internally and externally - in a multicultural environment
