Our client is a leader in their field and currently wish to supplement their Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Operations Team based out of a distribution centre in the West Midlands.

This role requires WMS Operations knowledge of the a-Sis/Savoye Logistics Management LM6 or LM7 WMS Warehouse Management System, with skills and experience likely to be as below (NB. however, if your experience is different to this, it may well still be worth applying):- Skills and Experience:-
Over two years in a Logistics Management LM6/LM7 WMS Operations Environment/Role
Warehouse operational experience in Goods-In, Putaway, Replenishment Management or Senior Supervisory experience
Previous super user access to LM (LM6 or LM7)
Knowledge of basic warehouse configuration: Location Management, Routing, Product Storage
Any knowledge of Root Cause Analysis training would be an advantage, but not essential.
Good verbal communicator

Day-to-Day Duties will be as follows:-
Work on floor with operatives, supervisors and management.
Liaise with IT personnel and other colleagues on a daily basis
Troubleshooting issues in Real Time, ie:
* Routing problems
* Ability to understand support mission data in order to track back problems and resolve
* Negative stock issues: why are they occurring, correction process
* Destroyed missions management
Train operatives
Create quick fix guides
Create issue documentation if required

Remuneration is negotiable, based on experience. The client will also consider someone able to work on a permanent or fixed term contract "salary equivalent" basis.
