Dürr Systems is a producer of robotic car paint application lines (paintshops)

We were part of a bigger team included in all three phases of reconstruction and modernization of Audi’s  and BMW’s 
painting systems using technology developed by Dürr. In total of 6 painting lines there were approximately 90 robot stations 
for which we have constructed cable paths and trails, routed and installed cables, connected cables and jacks and assisted 
programmers with troubleshooting.

We have upgraded DB’s train fleet with equipment from Siemens, which enabled upgraded trains to be located to an inch on 

every train track in Germany. The project included tasks from cable and wire installation to termination, equipment 

installation on trains based on the highest standards demanded by Deutsche Bahn.

CORONA – CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES

• It’s a fact that the world is struck by ongoing pandemic.
• During the period of low level business activity in automotive industry, focus has shifted to product 

development.

• We are developing a game changer product in field of leak detection devices, which can detect almost 

all liquids, using a non disruptive method.

• Product could be used in almost any industry (food&beverage, oil&gas, pharamaceutical, etc...).
• Potential in automotive industry, for coolant leak detection in battery housing and motor units for 

electric vehicles (EVs).

• Advanced functionality and more cost effective then current solutions.
• Business cooperation is available.
• Proof of concept is expected in Q2 2021.
