As an SAP HCM & Integration Expert, I have extensive experience in the implementation of SAP HR Global Templates and the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with SAP ERP. Starting my SAP career in 2008, I have worked in different countries with different cultures to implement the defined Global SAP Template, considering local (legal) requirements and interface relevant HR master data to local service providers for payroll, health and benefit purposes. Since November 2018, I have been working in the SAP SuccessFactors to SAP ERP integration area with a main focus on the integration of SF Employee Central with SAP HCM using Business Integration Builder (BIB).
I have a deep understanding of the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with SAP ERP, including the integration of Employee Central, Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits. I have also worked on the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with third-party systems, such as ADP, Kronos, and Workday.
