High level skill set of resource that we are looking for:

- Familiarity with different types of antennas and experience with Antenna testing in anechoic chamber
- Hands-on experience with WiFi/BT/over-the-air throughput performance
- Experience with RF measurement test equipment like Network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, network tools like iperf
- Flexibility to switch between different tasks based on varying priorities
- Commitment to meet deliverables with good time management skills in handling different projects in parallel
- Detail oriented with developing test setups, preparing test plans, capturing and analysing data, executing test plans and debugging problems
- Experience with mobile device component and architecture is a plus
- Education/Experience: MS with 1-2 years or BS with 3-5 years experience in the RF/Antenna/Wireless area
