Web Developer

This is an opportunity with a team that owns and operates the website that provides information for potential, new and existing users of cloud services. We're looking for a talented and experienced Front End Web Developer to help build new functionality and pages that provide an enterprise level user experience to customers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, constantly looking to improve their skills, and is ready to take ownership and demand a high level of quality for their work.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Taking ownership of building new pages from design mockups
- Creating interactive prototypes for review
- Identifying improvements that can be made across the website, and then implementing them
- Implementing new JavaScript functionality
- Performing cross browser compatibility testing, specifically for identifying and fixing issues in Legacy browsers (IE7)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- In-depth knowledge and experience building pages for websites
- 4+ years' professional experience with CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with both Front End and Back End developers, designers, and marketing stakeholders
- Familiarity with SASS/LESS
- Online portfolio or samples of work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like jQuery
- Experience with Java and JSP
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience development templates for a popular CMS such as Wordpress
- Experience with web design concepts
- Experience working in B2B, high-tech products/services
