Web Application Developer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Replacement of legacy Banking web applications in the areas of payments to trading
- Develop, document and maintain thought-out solutions within the team’s responsibility addressing customer requirements
- Improve and optimize existing functionalities
- Support the development and maintenance of automated tests
- Closely collaborate with the product owner, business analysts, testers and other developers

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Solid Banking experience and understanding of financial services web applications
- In-depth knowledge in software engineering focusing on technologies like Java, J2ee, Spring framework and Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, SQL
- Hands-on experience in building distributed applications, (preferably) using microservice architectures and various integration patterns (messaging, RESTful API)
- Good knowledge and understanding of database technologies (SQL, Oracle PL/SQL)
- Ideally additional knowledge of some of the following: Kubernetes / Docker (Openshift), Git, Gradle, Jenkins, Bash and Angular
- Experience with working in an agile environment
- Fluency in English is required, German would be a bonus
