Our clients Imaging Operations team which supports the production of every product photograph taken for worldwide retail websites is seeking a talented and passionate Web Developer to help us develop web applications that leverage cutting edge web technologies, such as Node.JS and Angular, and have the potential to greatly impact business critical operations.

The candidate with the right mix of customer obsession, technical skill, high standards and efficient problem solving will also appreciate the opportunity to greatly influence our growing team's processes, architecture, and approach.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of experience as a Web Application Developer, or a similar role
- Experience building scalable, rich, usable web applications
- Experience diagnosing and debugging complex web systems and applications
- Experience and passion for modern web development technologies, methodologies, and techniques: HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX, Node.js, etc.
- Experience working in Command Line Interfaces (Shell, terminal) and Unix systems
- Familiarity with a Back End Scripting language, such as PHP, Ruby, or Perl
- Familiarity with software build systems
- Familiarity with source code management technologies (such as git)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Endless curiosity and drive to learn, improve, and try out the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Experience working on teams in which they were Embedded closely with UX Designers
- Ability to work and communicate productively and efficiently with business stakeholders
- A love for code, but an obsession for users
- Experience working with Agile or SCRUM development
- Ability to translate business requirements into solid, efficient, smart solutions that solve customer problems
