One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Vendor Relationship Specialist.

PLEASE FIND SOME DETAILS BELOW:

Scope of Work:

A) Develop HW maintenance outsourcing contract for India. Includes supporting activities:

(a) budget management,

(b) planning and monitoring delivery

(c) definition and document of procedure and processes to support the service,

(d) Service performance reports, (d) TOI to Operational teams

B) Support the Vendor Management team in activities related to HW Maintenance and Telecom services sourcing contracts, ranging from Service definition, contracting, Delivery, Performance monitoring and budget management.

Skills (with expert level):

Budgeting/financing background: forecast and report vs budget

Contract negotiation for HW Support contracts and Telecom Services Contracts

Vendor Performance management in HW and Telecom: SLA definition and monitoring

Planning and coordination: plan and follow-up all stages of the contract and delivery in line with project plan
