Validation Project Leader - Electric Traction Drive Systems (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced Validation project leader - Electric Traction Drive Systems (m/f/d) for our client in the automotive sector.

Manage operationally and functionally the Projects the assigned projects in terms of:
+ Define and develop test and validation strategy and methods for automotive traction drive systems
+ Plan and coordinate system testing and validation activities to ensure meeting project scopes
+ track testing and validation status, report progress and results
+ Interface between project team, customer and testing department / external testing suppliers
+ Responsible for planning system level test, performance test and validation in accordance with
internal and OEM standards
+ Support in performing system tests, validation and system characterization
+ Support in designing and optimizing tests for all phases from prototype to production start
+ Continuous improvements to testing and validation process

+ VII or VII / 1 Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant technical field
+ Excellent knowledge in automotive traction drive systems, testing and validation standards
+ Experience in system function testing, performance testing and product validation for automotive
traction drive systems
+ Experience with automotive calibration and testing software tools
+ Good knowledge about project management
+ Good knowledge about automotive SPICE and Functional Safety according to ISO 26262
+ Fluent written and spoken English. Desirable knowledge of German
