MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

The TEST AND ACCEPTANCE ERP SPECIALIST is in charge of validating the business critical applications that are developed or integrated by the Software Factory.

The mission covers all functional aspects of testing, including non-regression, integration and acceptance tests.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the expected quality and accuracy of the software deliverables with focus on ERP.

Write and maintain the test scripts to validate each software component and demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results (HP ALM)

Participate in the development iteration and acquire competencies on the developed functionalities
-

Provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the quality requirements and the agreed planning.

Participate actively in the market and end-user acceptance phases.
-

Provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling purposes.

Collaborate with other teams to prioritize and resolve issues
-

Give support to the developers to resolve issues and defects

KEY ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE:

-

Significant experience (2-5 years) of testing in complex environments and large companies.
-

Significant experience with managing market's expectations.
-

Significant experience with testing ERP
-

Significant experience with writing and executing functional test cases
-

Experience with analysing and documenting complex technical issues.
-

Experience with HP tools (ALM, etc.)
-

Knowledge of development and testing methodologies
-

Fluent in English (oral and written)
-

Fluent in French (oral and written)
