For my client I'm urgently looking for a Test Specialist.
Required skills
- 2-4 years functional testing/QA
- 2 years coaching small teams
- Very sound analysis skills
- Ability to work in an autonomous way
- Ability to deliver on time
- SDLC (RUP, phasing and deliverables).
- Iterative waterfall.
- Tests methodologies and products (HP Quality Center, Quick Test Pro, Loadrunner).
- Knowledge of performance testing techniques.
- Knowledge of regression testing techniques.
- Ability to interpret business processes models, workflows, data models (E/R diagram).
- Familiar with Java (development and test environments).
- Familiar with SQLserver DB.
- Familiar with Tomcat and WebSphere application Servers.
- Capacity of writing high quality test specifications documents and reports in English.
- Language:
- French/Dutch: active knowledge (understanding/speaking/writing technical documentation/reading) of one language and passive knowledge (understanding/reading) of the second one.
- English (understanding/speaking/writing technical documentation/reading): active knowledge.
