Test Lead/Test Coordinator with GSAP an SPR to join a prominent organisation based in the Hague, the Netherlands. The role offers an attractive salary of €70,- per hour.

Skills & Background

Technical Skills & Experience
1. Significant experience with interface solutions connected to SAP making use of standard architecture components (Web services, Biztalk, XML, IDOCS).
2. Has a general working knowledge of Terminal Operations procedures.
3. Has a working knowledge of usage of software version control and release management.
4. Has a working knowledge of usage of software defect and test management tools, in particular HP Quality Center.
5. Has a working knowledge of usage of software requirements management tools.
6. Has familiarity with Standardisation and Data Clearing House concepts.
7. Software Testing Process and Methodologies.
8. Test Automation.

General Skills & Experience
1. To test upfront the GSAP Test cycles that TABS is sending XMLs according to the agreed requirements.
2. To be able to test upfront the GSAP Test Cycles that Biztalk is creating IDOCs for processing according to the agreed requirements.
3. To create test strategy and plan for testing of allocation management.
4. To deliver root cause analysis on a site as an input into status meetings (GSAP, Biztalk, Schneider, OSP).
5. To be able to define variations to test strategy & plans (E-BOL and allocation management) to consider typical constraints and limitations associated with OSPs.
6. To facilitate the GSAP Test cycles (ITC and CAT) between the GSAP Test Team, GSAP Data Team, Business users, Schneider Electric and the Terminal.
7. To manage test cycles up to CAT independently of GSAP in case of low risk deployments.
8. Assimilates business & process knowledge quickly and effectively.
9. Prepares realistic project scope, timelines.
10. Prepares realistic work estimates and resource planning.
11. Communicates and coordinates effectively with Project managers, project resources, and other stakeholders.

23. Familiarity with the approval processes to ensure that the project is not delayed at Stage Gate signoffs.

About the Role

Our client is deploying Schneider Electric's TABS Data Clearing House to manage all loading relevant data. This will replace our fragmented IT landscape in Trading & Supply with a single system. The Test Lead for TABS is responsible for testing, coordinating, managing and executing the Test activities, priorities and issues and risks for delivering to the Project Managers and the Business a stable TABS application at each of the sites planned in various geographies

Responsibilities & Accountability:
1. Manage the project's test delivery of a portfolio of concurrent project implementations that will be rolled out.
2. Ensure that realistic test plans are prepared and executed in accordance with Shell's project delivery framework.
3. Manage Test issues, risks and mitigating actions in a structured, documented, and objective approach.
4. Communicate with key stakeholders and assure them that OSP DX objectives are aligned with Trading & Supply business objectives.
5. Develop understanding of installation & configuration procedures of TABS application.
6. Test Case/Execution Documentation creation and/or updation.
7. Develop Test Scenario definition for every test cycle.
8. Test Case/Scenario development/design.
9. Test Execution.
10. Test Result logging.
11. SPR (Software Problem Report) Logging.
12. CR, Fix Testing.
13. SPR management.
14. Manage and Execute FAT/UAT.
15. Quality management/quality control.
16. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the IT Programme Manager or Business Programme Manager.

4. Project objectives are executed utilizing project delivery framework standards.
5. SPR reports must be complete in all aspects to enable shorter fix cycles.
6. SPR Slip-throughs must be minimum.
7. All integrated CRs must be tested for every Test Cycle.
8. At least 90% of all Functionalities must be tested to enable production roll out unless over-ridden by Business needs.
9. Test Cycle SPR reporting, analysis and management.
10. Effective definition of Test Scenarios for testing to ensure that SPR slip-throughs are minimal.
11. SPR reports must be complete in all aspects to enable shorter fix cycles.
12. Number of untested SPRs and should be minimum for every test cycle.
