TEST LEAD/MANAGER POSITION

My client is one of the largest consultancy in world is currently seeking for a Test Lead/Test Manager to work along side with their client in Lille - France for an initially a 6 months contract with a view to extend.

This role is part of the testing team. The Test Lead Manager manages the work of a group of Test Analysts, as well as performs a Test Designer role. The Test Lead Manager leads the team in defining the overall test approach and ensuring its successful implementation. This includes identifying the appropriate methodologies, tools and guidelines to implement the required tests, and providing guidance to the test effort (resources requirements, planning, etc.). He/she identifies and defines the required tests to be run, monitors detailed testing progress and results in each test cycle, and evaluates the overall program quality. The role also requires proper status reporting to project team, the customer, as well as other stakeholders.

Functional & Technical skills:
- Quality Centre (ALM) Version 11.00
- PL/SQL query
- Basic understanding of Oracle databases
- Excel 2010
- Powerpoint

Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of work experience as Test Lead.
- Able to work in project language English
- Basic understanding of Retail domain applications

Deliverables
- Designs Test Cases
- Manages team of Test Analysts
- Works collaboratively with Testing team members & Test Leads on large projects
- Responsible for Test Plan execution
- Responsible for documentation of technical aspects of testing in work products used in SDLC for their team's area of responsibility
- Performance review of Test Analysts assigned to Test Manager during project execution
- Coaching of Test Analysts assigned to Test Lead in team 
- Status Reporting to stakeholders
