Test Lead (m/f/d)

For our client in Bavaria we are looking for a Test Lead (m/f/d) - remote

Your tasks:
- Creating and maintaining Test Strategy (embedded in the overall program approach, aligned with company's Test Practice and covering all VAIT requirements)
- Accountability for all test activities in the Program
- Managing all test activities
- Providing essential Testing knowledge and expertise
- Definition of the scope of testing along the dedicated process steps for a SIEM Onboarding of new Apps / Assets
- Introducing and managing resources/environments/tools for all testing activities
- Application of appropriate test standards, measurements and metrics and related to advanced analytical workflows
- Planning, monitoring and reporting all testing effort and resources
- Ensuring, the test case documentation is in line with Auditor requirements (i.e. BaFin VA-IT, EY YEA requirements)

Your qualification:
- Strong skills in Test methodology in an challenging data analytics context
- Proven capabilities to develop, introduce and initialize Test standards and Test automation end-to-end in complex DevOps workflows focusing to cover challenging Customer SLA’s
- Hands-on skills re introducing and establishing Test standards in a new security project
- Very good Microsoft Azure technology skills
- Knowledge of German law and regulatory requirements about test execution and documentation
- Project Languages (English & German)
- Domain expertise in Insurance/Re-insurance business (nice to have)
