Test Lead - Automation - Start-Up - £65-70K

Expanding Start-Up is seeking to hire a Test Automation Lead/Manager as soon as possible. The company is an innovative technology business operating primarily within the FX technology sector and they are looking for a passionate Test Lead to bring ideas on board and make a real difference. They work in an agile environment. This is a start-up focusing primarily on FX and Cross Border Payments as a service. They are working with very good volumes and expect very big things in 2014 so now is a great time to join them. The role is very hands-on with exposure to development work. Your responsibility will be to lead a team of 2 whilst helping them to develop automated tests that drive product enhancements to ensure the company continue to deliver high quality product to their clients. The technical skills they are looking for: Test Lead or Test Management Experience Proven experience of Test Automation Scripting Experience - Ideally in Ruby Cucumber and Selenium Oracle or SQL JIRA Experience in Agile, Scrum, BDD, TDD environment All applicants must have previous permanent work experience, ideally in either Online/Website Transaction environment or financial services This a permanent position based in the clients London offices, paying circa £65-70K.
