Test Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Develop optimized production test software for ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) and quality/cost optimized testing technology for series production - defined and in alignment/collaboration with Lead Test Engineer
- Analyze and test new products in the course of chip development. Further develop and improve test hardware/software of volume products
- Transfer respective test packages to production sites (e.g. Germany, Malaysia, Singapore)
- Cooperate closely with colleagues from Concept Engineering, Design and Verification teams to define state-of-the-art cost/coverage test methods

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Teradyne J750/Flex and Advantest 93k
- Profound experience in Automatic Test Equipment platforms
- First experience in above ATE platform
- Programming skills in Visual Basic, C / C++
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or comparable
- Profound work experience in test development
- Profound know-how about mix-signal testing and electrical measurements
- Knowledge in power semiconductor design
- Fluent English communication skills with German as a plus
- Good programming skills scripts/automation is a plus
- Knowledge of analog and digital circuits is a plus
- Knowledge in Design for Testability (DfT) definition is a plus
