The technical writer is a professional writer who engages in technical writing and produces technical documentation that helps to understand and use a product or service.
Key responsibilities
*Attending planning/briefing meetings
*Liaising with subject matter experts to clarify technical issues
*Translate Technical solutions into documentation
*Present your documentation to stakeholders
*To understand customer requirements and offer solutions tailored to their needs
*Communication to the project board/team.
Required Skills
*Good knowledge of the English language
*Good knowledge of Microsoft office mainly PowerPoint & Visio
*Strong understanding of the business needs
*Be precise and complete in all documents delivered
*Analytic mind
*Previous experience as a Technical Writer
*Experience with infrastructure products such as Cisco, VMWare, Firewall, is a plus.
*Ability to prioritize and self-manage time and tasks.
*Understands the trends within IT.
*Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills and a natural relationship builder and networker.
*Keep focus on agreed priorities, effective working attitude, result driven, think win-win.
