MY DUTIES:

- Providing user and service documentation for various diagnostic analyzers, workflow solutions, IT software and applications such as User Guides, Quick Start Guides, Service Manuals, Host Interface Manuals and User Assistance - printed and electronic documents
- Writing & updating End User, Service and Host Interface Documentation in English for instruments and software while respecting project requirements and documentation standards
- Planning, developing, organizing and editing operational procedures for user and service documentation
- Cooperating closely with service personnel, trainers, developers and other subject matter experts
- Organizing documentation reviews and implementing input

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree in an electronic, mechanical, information technology or natural science discipline
- Further education e.g. in informatics or technical documentation is beneficial
- Excellent spoken and written command of English as well as good command of German necessary
- Experience in Adobe FrameMaker (structured) or a similar authoring tool like Schema ST4 or comparable Content Management Systems is beneficial
- Familiarity with laboratory systems and environments is an advantage
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text or pictures
- Ability to communicate in an international environment and motivate colleagues from different functional areas
- Experience in iterative/agile software development methods such as Scrum and familiarity with laboratory systems and environments is beneficial
