The objective of the Technical Service-Now System Administrator role is to ensure the smooth operation of business systems and provide analysis support to the business.

My Client is looking for a technical System Administrator who can provide the following support:

- Supply Service-Now training to technical teams and help desks
- Build and maintain workflows
- Users, Groups and Roles administration
- Global Reports creation and administration
- CMDB administration
- UI Policy & UI Actions administration
- Create and maintain client scripts (JavaScript)
- Monitor software performance statistics
- Troubleshoot and resolve any potential ServiceNow related issues
- Adhere to ServiceNow best practices (update sets, table relationships & alterations etc)
- Develop clear and concise technical/process documentation

Servicenow technical experience is essential.
